C/O Exist | Cairo Time

As part of the Middle East Culture Series, the art history department, Visual Arts Guild and Film Arts are providing a film screening of ‘Cairo Time.’ The film will be shown in the Recital Hall in the CFAC at 7:00 pm on Friday, November 15, with an introduction and discussion led by Professor Craig Hanson.

‘Cairo Time’ is a meditative story on the tensions of East and West, the stirrings of unrequited loves and a love story to and set in the beautiful and complicated city of Cairo. ‘Cairo Time’ is a poetic and political romance by Syrian-Canadian film maker Ruba Nadda.
